Fees
The Club Committee Have Set The Clubs Subs At £5.00 For This Year 2023
There Will Be No Reduction of Fees During Or After December This Year. Please Contact The Secretary If Requiring a Family Membership.
Our annual subscription is now £18 a due on the 1st June of every year or £10 (if joining during or after December. Family membership is £25 per year. Please make all your cheques payable to the “Bittern DX Group” or “Bittern DXers”
We want to encourage younger members, so if you under 16 years old you can join for FREE! Student members are also FREE, especially if another family member has joined!
The Committee reserve the right to refuse any membership application, we will notify via letter and return your fees within 3 weeks of the application. Such occurrences will be rare if they happen at all!!
We welcome new members of any ethnicity, age, gender or ability, from complete beginners to experienced licensed amateurs.
You are welcome to come and meet us, with no obligation to join, at one of our regular meetings on the last Thursday of every month currently held at Erpingham Arms, Erpingham at 8pm. Just off the A140 north of Aylsham
Requirements
The only requirement for membership is we ask that you are a keen and active member, as we’ve said in previous pages we’re a group with the emphasis on operating! We want to promote the hobby in every way, through our operating and behavior on the bands.
Being based in Norfolk, obviously we’d like to attract as many local members as possible. But, we already have members around the UK, and abroad most so far with various Norfolk connections so that’s not a barrier!
We are Affiliated to the Radio Society of Great Britain (RSGB), to do this we have a written constitution. Should you require a copy of the Group’s constitution please contact The Secretary and request one.
